Is the Ocean Reef Suites located on the beach?

We are situated in a tranquil neighborhood right across the street from Miami’s glistening, sandy beaches. 

What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3:00 p.m. Check-out is at 12:00 p. m. (noon).

What is the minimum age for check-in?

The minimum age for check-in at Ocean Reef Suites is 18 years old. A valid photo ID will be required to purchase alcoholic beverages at the bar.

What are the reservations guarantees and cancellation policies?

Reservations can be cancelled for free up until 3 days prior to arrival. A first nights room and tax deposit will be retained in the even of a no show or late cancellation. Please refer to your reservation confirmation for details.

What is the child policy?

Children 12 years old and younger stay free when occupying the parent/guardian’s room, using existing bedding.

A valid credit card must be presented upon check in. An amount equal to room/ tax (unless prepaid) plus estimated incidentals for the entire stay will be authorized upon check-in. Please contact the hotel directly to inquire about details.

What is the cost of the hotel fee?

Room rates quoted do not include our mandatory hotel fee of $18.00 per room per night. This fee includes:

Beach lounge chair and beach towel
Wireless internet access (via your laptop or mobile device)
Use of in-room safe
Daily newspaper in lobby
Fitness center

What is the cost of daily breakfast?

Breakfast is available complimentary!

Does the hotel offer valet parking?

No, Ocean Reef does not offer valet parking. Self parking is available to all hotel guests. The daily self parking fee is $24.00 per day plus tax.

Does Ocean Reef Suites accommodate pets?

No, unfortunately we do not accommodate pets.

Can I ship boxes to the hotel and store them there until I arrive?

The Ocean Reef Suites volunteers to store them to the best of its ability. The hotel is not responsible for keeping, tracking, or delivering the packages before, during, or after the guest's stay. As a guest, you are using the hotel's address as a place for your mail to be delivered but, if you chose to do this, you understand these rules, although the hotel will be cooperative in trying to keep your mail organized, the Ocean Reef Suites will not be responsible for your deliveries, missing or lost packages. For questions about package deliveries please email: info@theoceanreef.com
