FREE AIRPORT SHUTTLE
We offer free round-trip shuttle service from Miami International Airport (MIA). Shuttle pick up locations are on the Second-Level Departures, Gate J, Door 28. Our shuttle fleet consists of a white and blue van with the hotels' logos on it.
Pick Up Times - MIA to Hotel: 9:00AM | 12:30PM | 4:30PM | 7:30PM.

Guests must provide the shuttle driver with printed proof of reservation in order to board the shuttle.
Our airport shuttle service is available seven days a week to/from MIAMI BEACH only. No other cities are serviced.
Due to new airport security regulations, our shuttle cannot wait at Terminal for long periods of time, therefore shuttle will leave promptly. While standing at the shuttle stop location please wave down our shuttle when you see it.
Our airport shuttle is offered on space availability basis. The Hotel is not responsible for paying for alternative guest transportation if the shuttle bus is full or has mechanical issues.

Package Delivery Policy
Regarding delivery of packages to our hotel: The Ocean Reef Suites receives up to a maximum of six (6) packages per confirmed room as a courtesy. The hotel will only receive these packages and volunteers to store them to the best of our ability. The hotel is not responsible for keeping, tracking, or delivering the packages before, during, or after the guest's stay. As a guest, you are using the hotel's address as a place for your mail to be delivered but, if you chose to do this, you understand these rules, although the hotel will be cooperative in trying to keep your mail organized, the Ocean Reef Suites will not be responsible for your deliveries, missing or lost packages.
